Work Space
This is the office and design studio - where my creative work gets done! Nine years in this space on February 1, 2021! Prototype assembly occurs on the lower level in my work shop. Thankfully, few photos of the chaos down below!
I've had the good fortune to reconnect with some long-time friends with specialized technical expertise. Several are former employees or peers. Others were previous suppliers. Two are former grad school class mates at the University of Wisconsin, College of Engineering. Their life-long experience and engineering practice has enabled faster design and development within K-Lab Design Works. I miss the technical talent, propeller shop and tool room capability assembled at Mercury Racing - a strong team. I've been offered the use of Mercury's test facilities; however, I've sourced the essentials elsewhere. Mercury is very busy with their own product development - like the 450R! (I purchased three of them.)
